I am a native of Idaho and a proud resident of the stunning Garden Valley. Alongside my husband, I am blessed to raise four wonderful children and indulge in countless outdoor adventures. With a seventeen-year career as a Certified Surgical Technician and five years as a licensed Massage Therapist, I have acquired a diverse skill set that allows me to provide unique treatments to my clients.
My surgical background has granted me a deep understanding of the human body, from the inside out. This knowledge enables me to deliver personalized care and exceptional results.
I specialize in a variety of techniques to provide the best care for my clients. From cupping therapy, deep tissue massage to trigger point release, muscle balancing, and sports massage.
I am well-equipped to address a range of needs. In addition, I incorporate the use of hot stones and relaxing massage techniques to promote the movement of lymphatic fluid and release muscle tension.
For those in need of extra support, I also offer Kinesiology Tape to alleviate pain and aid in the healing process of sore muscles and joints.
